I have just signed a lease for a townhouse in Clintonville (Calumet Street and Cliffside Street) and am looking for a responsible OSU student to share the expenses.
House is two story, 2+1 with an unfinished basement, hardwood floors and a fairly large back yard. 2 large bedrooms and bathroom are in the 2nd floor, while living room, dining area and kitchen are in the first floor. Unfinished basement can be used for extra storage. It has central AC and gas heating. House has weather tight windows. It has desirable proximity to Campus, yet in quiet neighborhood. You can bike (~5 min), take a bus(~5-10 min), or walk (~15-20 min). I have some of living room furniture, large lcd, home theater, home server, couch, carpets, etc (which you can use). But, you need to furnish your own bedroom. I am final year PhD student in Engineering. I am an easy going and a neat person. There will be me and my potential roommate (you) in the house (totaling 2 occupants). So, I am looking for a responsible and mature OSU student (preferably a Grad students, or a very mature undergrad).
Now, rent will be $397.50 per person. Plus, 1/2 * utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet and cable)
