We want to sublease two bedrooms in a 3bd apt in UV,

a middle size one and a small size one.

You can have either one or both.

The roommate is a Chinese guy working on Computer Science.

He is very nice and easy going. 

You can move in at late March or early April.

The apt is located at 669 Harley Dr. #3, 

which is at the second floor. 

It's warm at winter and cool at summer.

Plus, there is a laundry in our building,

not all buildings have. 

Rate:

Small size : Rent $200 / Mo + Utility $48 / Mo

Middle size: Rent $280 / Mo + Utility $48 / Mo

Rent for March is already paid. 

And if you can move in at March, 

I'll pay rent of April for you too.

The original lease ends at Aug 29,

but you can continue the lease if you wish.

Electricity and Internet fees are in addition,

roughly, it's $13/Mo/Person for Electricity

and $7/Mo/Person for Internet fee. 

You can always change service provider if you wish.

btw, I have a few furnitures which are fairly new,

which I can leave them for you, 

such as dinning table, chairs, microwave oven,

bed, sofa, and so on. We can discuss this in detail

if you come to check the room.
