Subleasing a bigger room in a two-bedroom apartment in University village.

The landlord provides shuttle to OSU campus area in every 20 minutes during day time. The apartment is between the second and third stop in UV. And it is just 5 to 10 minutes walking to COTA 7 and 18 as well. There are Kroger, Biglots, Momo square, and all kinds of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

Rent is $357.5 for the room. Utility is $54 fixed, including water, gas, heat. You need to pay electricity and internet.

The apartment is kept clean and neat. You are going to have a Chinese female PhD student roommate. She is kind, clean, quiet and easy-going. The one-year contract was signed in Aug.2010.
Move-in date is expected be from around mid-March to early April (negotiable).
