December's rent is waived as a bonus; The lease should be 8 months (from 2011 January to 2011 August) or 1 year (from 2011 January to 2011 December); Rent plus all utilities is $350 for one month; Providing simple furniture; Female roomate wanted; OSU student preferred (visiting schooler is also OK); Chinese preferred.
