Do you have a favorite quiet spot or beautiful park in Columbus? Please share for others. I have been to the Highbanks park a number of times. It is very peaceful and has some trails for hiking. Here is the website: http://www.metroparks.net/ParksHighbanks.aspx check it out and share a spot that you've found enjoyable.

I have been to Inniswood Botanical Gardens. I especially like Frog Talk Walk and the herb garden.

I like the Park of Roses  http://www.parkofroses.org/
In winter time, once I took bus #2 and had a walk on snow there. It is very quiet and calmed me down.

In the whole summer, I loved the beauty of the flowers and trees.
I cycled with my friends along the Olentangy River bike path and we stopped there for several times. We talked and laughed.

I enjoyed the time spending there.

Another park I like is the Topiary Park  http://www.topiarygarden.org/

It is located in downtown Columbus, just behind the Main Library of Columbus Metropolitan Library.

Whenever I went to the main library I'd spend sometime walking in the park, watching the ducks or eating my subway sandwiches. Once I saw some guys climbing trees.

I like the "tree statues" there. (You will know what I am talking about if you go and see)
