Do you like Mexican food? Many Americans really enjoy good Mexican cooking. There are a number of restaurants of this variety ranging from low-budget fast food to authentic Mexican cuisine.
Taco Bell would be an example of low-budget fast food Mexican. Very very inexpensive--open late at night and popular as an after party snack. Taco Bell
Chipotle is fast food Mexican, but once you've been in a Chipotle restaurant, the difference in quality is easy to see. This restaurant is very popular right now in the US. Definitely give it a try. Chipotle is much better than Taco Bell but not as much of a sit-down restaurant as El Vaquero. http://www.chipotle.com
For fast food, I rate Chipotle highly.
El Vaquero is an example of authentic Mexican food and is quite good. El Vaquero has many locations in Columbus and is still reasonably priced. Here is the website: http://www.vaquerorestaurant.com/
The service and quality of food is great. I rate El Vaquero highly.

This place has probably the best ambiance of all the spots in the Gateway. The artwork and decor are really pretty unique and the patio is awesome. On a cool day however, the patio doesn't get a lot of direct sunlight and it can be hard to stay outside--but on a nice warm day, the patio is terrific.
The food seems good to me and I really like this place. I split a nachos order with my brother last week and we had plenty to eat. It is huge! Also, the ingredients seemed pretty good, no cheese sauce on the nachos--it was all real cheese, which is a good sign. The burritos seem good but are also quite large. I definitely recommend this place as a spot to hang out on a Friday night or on weekends. They do have happy hour appetizer and beverage specials, but I can't remember what the discount is.
