My favorite Chinese restaurant in Columbus, Ohio is Imperial Garden (2950 Hayden Road Columbus, OH 43235) (614) 799-8655
The food tastes authentic. If you have a good appetite for Sichuan food, or if you like hot spicy, then this restaurant is a good place for you.
On weekends, they offer Chinese buffet before noon. If you want to try soymilk (dou jiang) and some "Chiense fry" (you tiao), they have plenty. And the dishes never disappointed me. Highly recommend.

I have been to Imperial Garden and I was really impressed. The food was terrific and there weren't many people there when I went, so it was perfect for talking and the service was very fast. In fact, just thinking about it, makes me want to go back there.
A really good and inexpensive Chinese restaurant that I like to have lunch at is Mark Pi's on High St, next to Chittenden St.
They have the best dumplings, and great food. The service is great and the chef is excellent.
But check this out: Mark Pi made it to the Guinness Book of Records for...making 4096 noodle strings in 41 seconds on the 'Vicki' NBC TV Show on 15 December 1993.
Now I feel even better when I go to eat there! :D
